Q:What is your delivery time?
A:It is usually one month. The exact delivery time will be affected by the product and the location of use.
Q:Why does the transformer oil turn black? And how should it be dealt with?
A:Reason: The oil quality has severely deteriorated, and the internal temperature has risen, causing the oil to carbonize; faults in the windings or the core have generated arcs, leading to the decomposition and carbonization of the oil. Treatment: Replace all the qualified transformer oil; remove the core and conduct an inspection to eliminate internal overheating or discharge faults.
Q:What are the reasons for excessive noise when the transformer is operating? How can the noise be reduced?
A:Reasons: Loosening of core, deformation of windings, resonance of components, failure of cooling system, influence of grid harmonics. Measures: Tighten the core clamps; Correct the position of windings; Adjust the shock absorption devices of cooling fans / oil pumps; Install soundproof covers; Address grid harmonics.
